If you list as a business or trader, the following obligations apply.
Your Obligations
- You must clearly identify yourself as a business
- You must comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- You must provide accurate descriptions of vehicles
- You are responsible for warranties, returns, and customer rights
Our Role
Cumbria Car Hub does not act as a dealer or intermediary. We provide a platform for listings only — all obligations remain with the trader.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in account suspension.
